From Morning to Evening at Haus Auensee


10:00 AM

We start the morning with the half-yearly meeting, which concludes with a light lunch.


1:30 PM

Afterwards, inspiring workshops and time to connect with friends and like-minded people await you. Be inspired by exciting topics and creative input.


6:00 PM

In the evening, Haus Auensee transforms into a galactic party zone. Look forward to a breathtaking district night with intergalactic costumes and a dance floor that will keep you entertained until late into the night.

From Berlin

Your journey takes you on the A9 towards Leipzig. From the Schkeuditzer Kreuz interchange, take the A14 towards Dresden. Leave the A14 at the Leipzig-Mitte exit and follow the signs towards the city center. You'll be right in the heart of the trade fair city.


From Munich/Nuremberg

Take the A9 towards Leipzig/Berlin. At the Rippachtal interchange, change to the A38 towards Leipzig. The Leipzig-Südwest exit takes you directly into the city. From here, it's only a short walk to the city center.


From Frankfurt am Main

Take the A5 towards Kassel and change to the A7 towards Hanover at the Kirchheimer Dreieck interchange. At the Hattenbacher Dreieck interchange, the A4 takes you towards Dresden to the Hermsdorfer Kreuz interchange. From there, take the A9 towards Leipzig. The Leipzig-West exit will take you to the city center in just a few minutes.


From Hamburg / Hanover

Take the A7 towards Kassel and at the Salzgitter interchange, change to the A39 towards Braunschweig. From there, the A2 takes you to Magdeburg, where you turn onto the A14 towards Leipzig. The Leipzig-Nord exit takes you directly to the city center.

By plane

Yes, Leipzig really has an airport

Leipzig/Halle Airport is your destination if you want to reach the trade fair city by air. The international airport is located just 20 kilometers from the city center and offers direct flights from many European cities as well as good connections to international hubs. From here, you can easily reach Leipzig by S-Bahn or taxi in less than 30 minutes.

By Train

– faster than a warp jump to Leipzig!

Leipzig Central Station is one of the largest terminal stations in Europe and has excellent connections. Numerous IC and ICE connections allow you to reach the city quickly and comfortably. The ICE journey from Berlin, for example, takes less than 1.5 hours, and from Frankfurt am Main, it takes about 3 hours.


Once you arrive at the main station, you're already in the heart of the city center. From here, you can easily reach many hotels and locations on foot or by public transport. The S-Bahn (suburban train), trams, and buses reliably take you to all major destinations in Leipzig.

Round Table 203 Leipzig and Ladies' Circle 74 Leipzig warmly welcome you to our wonderful city! Together, we've made it our mission to live friendship, service, and shared commitment, while also having a lot of fun.

Round Table 203 Leipzig is an active service club in Leipzig with currently 19 members from a wide range of professional backgrounds. Our focus is on social engagement, especially for disadvantaged children and young people in Leipzig and the surrounding region. From supporting local projects to nationwide campaigns like "Christmas Parcel Convoys" – our goal is to provide sustainable support and initiate change.


Community is particularly important to us. In addition to our regular table evenings, we organize joint events to promote exchange and friendship within the club. We also enjoy attending larger events to meet other ladies and tablers and get to know new people.

Ladies Circle 74

Ladies Circle 74 Leipzig is a dedicated group of currently 16 women who drive projects in Leipzig forward with energy, creativity, and passion. In addition to supporting local initiatives, such as parent support for children with cancer and educational projects, we are committed to international aid projects. Our club focuses on friendship and helpfulness.


We regularly organize creative activities, fundraising runs, and charity events, and we place great importance on creating shared experiences that connect and motivate.
